For international student who wishes
to study in Singapore with NOVO SCHOOL, the procedures are
summarized as of below:
Step
1:
Student obtains APPLICATION
and INFO Kit from the
School
(Complete Application
Form (ANNEX 1),
Student Pass Application
Form, Student Escrow Agreement)
Step 1:
Upon application, pay
a total sum of S$590
(GST exclusive) for:
a)
Registration fee:
$180
b)
Student Management
Fee: $350
c)
Student Pass:
$40
d)
Single-entry visa:
$20
Step 2:
NOVO SCHOOL selects and
accepts the student.
We issue:
1)
Letter of offer
2)
Acceptance letter
and Student Contract
3)
Invoice for Student
Pass Application
Fee payable to NOVO
SCHOOL.
Step 3:
Upon acceptance of NOVO
SCHOOL’s
offer for admission,
the student has to submit:
1)
Acceptance Letter
(signed)
2)
Student Contract
(signed)
3)
Pay Student Pass
Application Fee
4)
Complete and submit
all the required
forms for Student
Student Passapplication.
Immigration forms

Step
4:
NOVO SCHOOL will
submit Student Escrow
Confirmation to DBS Bank
for Student Escrow Confirmation
acknowledgement
Step
5:
Once received the Student
Escrow Confirmation Acknowledgement,
NOVO SCHOOL will
submit the Student Escrow
Confirmation Acknowledgement
and the Student Pass relevant
application forms to the
Immigration and Checkpoints
Authority (ICA) of Singapore.
This process will take 4-8
weeks.
Upon successful
Student Pass application,
ICA would require a
Security Deposit if
applicable.
Step 5:
1)
Pay Security Deposit
if applicable by
banker’s guarantee
from any established
bank in Singapore
or cashier’s
order.
Step
6:
NOVO SCHOOL notifies
Student of successful
approval for student pass.
The Student will have
to make payment for all
tuition fees and non-tuition
fees for the course applied
at least one month before
the course commencement
date.
Step 6:
1)
To start payment
of tuition fees
and non-tuition
accordingly to the
schedule stated
in Student Contract
at least 1 (one)
month before the
course

7:
Student ready to enter
Singapore & commence
course

academic history
and working experience
(if required in
course admission
requirement)
d)
For the Master
programme, please
attach the necessary
reference as required
by the University
