policy encapsulates the basis on which
PSB Technologies Pte Ltd and NOVO SCHOOL charges
student fees for various activities.
It defines the various types of fees
and charges and provides the authorities
a guideline to determine the various
types of fees.
Our
Pricing and Payment Policy:
It
is our policy to clearly and prominantly
display promotional prices (if applicable)
in the School’s premises, in
Student Contract and communication
materials and during road shows or
ad-hoc promotional events.
Payment
can be made in full or by instalments
accordingly to each individual programme
predetermined plan. We also do not
require students to pay a deposit
or initial down payment for enrolment
of courses.

official receipt from the PSB Technologies
and NOVO SCHOOL for any fee payment made

The
tuition and non-tuition fees are set
by PSB Technologies, NOVO SCHOOL and our affiliated
universities/ institutions. All fees
are quoted in Singapore Dollars unless
otherwise indicated in our marketing
brochures and/or collaterals. All
fees are established to cover the
expected expenditure and anticipated
enrolment.

The tuition
fees are set before the preceding
year but PSB Technologies and NOVO
SCHOOL reserves the right, in
exceptional circumstances,
to review the fees and to
make the necessary adjustments.
*Course
fees are subject to revision
and subject to the prevailing
goods and service tax.

Fee
All students
(i.e. regardless of local
or international students)
are required to pay for the
registration fees and are
non-refundable.

Student
Management Fee
All
international students are required
to pay a student management
fee of upon acceptance of offer
by the student. It will only
be refunded upon rejection of
student pass.

Student
Tuition Fee Account Protection
(STFA) administrative fee
For
students who pay their tuition
fees via the ESCROW account
with DBS are required to pay
an administrative fee per year
for the administration of the
account. This fee is payable
to the DBS bank and does not
go into the NOVO SCHOOL’s
account. This fee is subjected
to the bank’s rates. Students
will be advised and informed
on the exact fees to be paid.

Accommodation
(optional)
NOVO
SCHOOL advises on the type of accommodation
that best caters to the international
students’ financial requirements
and needs. No fees will be made
payable to our School. |

Additional fees |

Re-take
of failed modules
Supplementary
Papers will be given based on
the university’s discretion
without additional charge. However,
for students who failed and
no supplementary papers are
given, the student will have
to re-take the module(s) failed
and will be charged according
to each individual programme
per module costs.

Late Payment of Fees
For late payment
of fees, there will be a charge
of 2% of the total tuition fee
costs.

Late
Submission of Student Pass Renewal
Fee (applicable for International
Student only)
There is a
charge of S$5.00 for late submission
of student pass renewal.

Replacement
of Student ID Card Fee
The replacement
of Student ID Card will be charged
in accordance to the University/Institute’s
policy.
