We acknowledge that the students are autonomous adults and so will not discuss, disclose, share and release any details of a student data to any third party, unless prior written consent has been obtained from the student.

In case of emergencies, requests for information may be passed on to the student concerned if he/she wishes or an explicit clearance may be given by the PSB Technologies and NOVO SCHOOL’s Senior Manager or Delegated Officers at their discretion.

Student personal information obtained from the student will be strictly for the purposes of completing the course

We will only share the information declared on application forms (which it is reasonable to expect) within the School and the affiliated University/Institute’s authorised employees as it forms part of the application process, or anonymous details which may be used for statistical and planning purposes only.

We would not display or make publicly available, whether through online directories, student lists or otherwise, the personal information collected.

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails using the official student database to disseminate information to our students. However, students will be informed of special news and/or promotions from time to time. They can choose to opt out of the email list.

All the authorised employees of PSB Technologies and NOVO SCHOOL who are granted access to student data will sign an “Employee Confidentiality Agreement” with the School.

Hard copies and electronic copies of student data shall be stored in a secure area and with safeguards in place to minimize accidental loss or theft, unauthorised access and use, modification or misuse, disclosure and copying, and destruction or damage. Only authorised personnel have access to our system.
