Withdrawal/ Transfer and Refund Policy

Refund Policy

PSB Technologies Pte Ltd (formerly known as NOVO ETS) and NOVO SCHOOL of Environment, Health & Safety (NOVO SCHOOL) reserve the right to delay the commencement of the programmes or withdraw all the programmes without prior notice. In the event of such occurrence, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds will be given in accordance to the guidelines given below:

For Local Student

• In the event the International Students would want to withdraw/transfer out of PSB Technologies and NOVO SCHOOL, the student shall surrender the student pass for cancellation within 7 days from the date of completion or termination of studies before a refund can be made accordingly. Student pass for will be cancelled immediately upon withdrawal/transfer from the course.
  
• Refund of tuition fees will be processed and paid out to all students within 14 days upon receipt of application for withdrawal or transfer.
  
• All students are required to enter into a Case Approved Student Contract with PSB Technologies Pte Ltd / NOVO SCHOOL upon acceptance of letter offer

1. Withdrawal Policy

   Student who wish to withdraw/terminate from the course must be lodged in writing to PSB Technologies and NOVO SCHOOL before termination of course (Attn: Course Administrator), stating valid reasons for withdrawal. Please note that verbal notice shall not be entertained. All withdrawals will be treated on a case-by-case basis and subject to approval by PSB Technologies and NOVO SCHOOL. Obtain the form for withdrawal from the Course Administrator.

   PSB Technologies and NOVO SCHOOL will process the refund of course fees accordingly to the refund policy stated in above.

2. Transfer Policy
   
   Students may request to transfer out of PSB Technologies and NOVO SCHOOL to other education institutions at any time during the Course. Acceptance by other Institutions is at their own descretion. Transfer of the student's pass is subject to the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority's (ICA) approval. In such cases, the above refund policy stated applies.
   
   
3. Deferment Policy

   Local Students may request to defer their course to other semester at any time during the Course. In such cases, the refunds for the programmes are governed by the respective overseas Universities and beyond the purview of PSB Technologies and NOVO SCHOOL.

   International Students are not allowed to defer their course at any time.
