Since the late 1960’s when NOVO Environmental Technology Services Pte Ltd (NOVO ETS) was part of PSB Corporation (then called Singapore Institute of Standards and Industrial Research, SISIR), our in-house professionals have been providing clients in Singapore and the region with solutions to their environmental, occupational health and safety (EHS) concerns and needs.

Today, we continue to grow our services to become the preferred one-stop consultancy and training provider of not only EHS, but also security and quality services. With current developments, we recognise security and quality are also fundamental management issues that affect the cost structure, efficiency and strategic positioning of a company.

It is our stated objective to assist companies in addressing environmental, health, safety, security and quality (EHSSQ) issues by identifying opportunities for improvement that could result in bottom-line gains. NOVO ETS has four (4) divisions that house a full range of expertise in Consultancy and Training, Testing and Monitoring, Education and Environmental Engineering.

Our clients cover the industry spectrum and range from multinationals to small and medium enterprises to government agencies. Our consultants have also undertaken projects funded by international agencies such as the World Bank, United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP), United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Asian Society for Environmental Protection (ASEP), Asia Productivity Organization (APO), & United States Asia Environmental Partnership (US-AEP).
