Environmental
Baseline Studies (EBS) is also referred
to as Property Site Assessment (PSA) or
Site Investigation. The objective is to
identify potential legal liability and establish
current status of soil and groundwater conditions.
It is usually carried out in two phases.
Phase I involves the historical check of
the site including its previous activities
such as accidents, chemical used, etc. Phase
II of the study involves analysis of the
soil and groundwater condition.
It is advised that you
should check the subsurface soil and groundwater
conditions if you intend to purchase an
industrial site or if you are signing a
new / renewal of agreement with JTC, as
per JTC's requirements. We are registered
with the National Environment Agency (NEA),
